shhh, don't tell anyone because I want to stay here again every time I visit Ypsi, Ann Arbor, and Detroit. this is a great place, clean, well organized, comfy mattress, nice kitchen, lovely neighborhood, terrific hosts, etc. what's not to like? Nothing. Just don't book it when I want to stay here. Haa!

Abril’s place was so comfortable, clean and homey! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. It was beautiful weather the couple nights we spent in Ypsi and we were able to sit on the back deck. It was a peaceful space, quiet neighbors and a cute downtown! I would stay here again.

Needed a last minute place to stay and was so lucky to have found this place! Super cute. Lovely decor and such gorgeous art throughout! Excellent location to Depot Town. We would definitely book again.

We loved our stay this past weekend. The place was cozy and super cute. The beds were so comfy. We loved being able to walk to depot town for dinner even the weather cooperated with us. :)

Stayed here for a business trip. Would definitely return here. Home was cozy with inviting decor and amenities. Location was quiet and next to great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is well equip, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the kitchen and all the goodies the host's left. I loved that I could walk to the Co-op, restaurants, and coffee shops (all within 5 minutes). I'd definitely return!

Loved staying at Abrils place! It was extremely convenient to Depot Town, very quiet at night, spotless, and had very comfortable beds and the linens were soft and everything felt cozy. Definitely felt right at home!

I never write reviews, but i am for Abrils place because it exceeded my expectations. clean, quiet, nicely furnished, extremely well stocked. nice comfortable beds and really great location. I'll be back.

Just a great location - an easy walk to Ypsilanti Food Coop and Hyperion Coffee Co., a very cozy locally owned coffee shop. A quick walk over the river to downtown Ypsilanti with a couple of nice bookstores and Bird Dog Baking. Looking forward to staying again in the summer.
