Stayed here for a business trip. Would definitely return here. Home was cozy with inviting decor and amenities. Location was quiet and next to great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is well equip, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the kitchen and all the goodies the host's left. I loved that I could walk to the Co-op, restaurants, and coffee shops (all within 5 minutes). I'd definitely return!

Loved staying at Abrils place! It was extremely convenient to Depot Town, very quiet at night, spotless, and had very comfortable beds and the linens were soft and everything felt cozy. Definitely felt right at home!

I never write reviews, but i am for Abrils place because it exceeded my expectations. clean, quiet, nicely furnished, extremely well stocked. nice comfortable beds and really great location. I'll be back.

Just a great location - an easy walk to Ypsilanti Food Coop and Hyperion Coffee Co., a very cozy locally owned coffee shop. A quick walk over the river to downtown Ypsilanti with a couple of nice bookstores and Bird Dog Baking. Looking forward to staying again in the summer.

We loved our stay! The place was super cute and cozy—perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to great restaurants if you want to get out and explore. We were in town for a Michigan game, and it was an easy short drive to Ann Arbor for all the fun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Arbil’s place was an excellent choice and just what we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located near several restaurants in Depot Town and was an easy drive to Ann Arbor for the Michigan football game. Communication with Abril was seamless and responsive, addressing any questions or information I needed promptly.

Cozy little spot that easily can fit 4 guests. May have been a multi family home, but none of the other tenants were even noticeable. Would stay again when in the Ypsi area!

Our stay was perfect! You just need your clothes. The home is extremely clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. We slept great. There wasn’t any noise. The home is in a very safe area. The place has a cozy & relaxing feel. The walkable depot area is lovely. Aubree’s pizza and side of the track was great. I would skip Thompsons the food wasn’t good and it was pricy. Uber was convenient to take to a concert at Michigan Stadium which isn’t far.

We had an excellent experience all around at Abril's beautiful home. It was impeccably maintained, in walking distance to a vibrant downtown area with a fun restaurant/bar vibe. Communication with Abril was simple. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. We have already decided that we'll be returning on our next trip out to UM.
