House Rules
• Any guests/pets beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $250 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. • No parties or family gatherings are allowed. • No smoking is allowed on property. Additional cleaning fee, plus a penalty of $250. • We are in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours are in place between 10:00pm - 8:00am. • Any unreported damages will result in a damages fee.

Property Type: This home is part of a triplex. You will have a private entrance and exclusive access to your two-floor unit. The large backyard is a shared space for all residents. Historic Charm: Our home is a registered historic building, beautifully renovated to blend over 100 years of history with modern comforts. This unique character means you'll find charming quirks, mostly on the exterior. If you prefer perfect, modern aesthetics, this may not be the right fit for you. For Guests with Children: Please be aware that the home is not child proofed. This includes uncovered outlets, no corner guards on furniture, and open stairs without a gate. Additionally, the upstairs windows do not have safety guards. Damages: Should you notice any damages upon arrival, or if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make immediate arrangements for repair.

For your security, a Ring camera is located at the front door and one in the backyard monitoring the exterior.
