House Rules

• Any guests/pets beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $250 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. • No parties or family gatherings are allowed. • No smoking is allowed on property. Other Details to Note

The home is a triplex, with the other two units located side-by-side. You will have a private entrance and exclusive access to two floors, ensuring a non-shared accommodation. However, our home features a large open-area backyard, which is shared among guests. While there isn’t any patio furniture, there is plenty of space for guests to use at their own discretion. The home is considered a historic building by the city and while it is renovated, the house is over 100 years old …with all the charm and some quirks of an old house (mostly outside). If you are into perfect aesthetics, this might not be the house for you. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please let us know as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. INFANTS/CHILDREN: Please note that the home is not child proofed; no outlet covers, corner guards and the stairs that lead to the upstairs are open (no gate or door at the top). The upstairs windows do not have a guard or other safety measure and has a two- level drop.

Arbil’s place was an excellent choice and just what we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located near several restaurants in Depot Town and was an easy drive to Ann Arbor for the Michigan football game. Communication with Abril was seamless and responsive, addressing any questions or information I needed promptly.

We only stayed at Abril’s house for 2 days but absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is only about 20 min away from DTW, and located in the quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and well equipped. Everything was exactly what it was described and the communication with Abril was prompt and accessible. Check-in and out process were very smooth. Highly recommend Abril’s place if looking for a cozy place near Ann Arbor.

Abril does it perfectly. It was very clean with fresh linens and towels, you'd think this was the first stay. The place was well appointed with everything we could need for kitchen, bathroom and laundry (not a single expired product that you usually find in kitchens). Cleaning supplies & tools were included and it's all so well organized. There were also unexpected thoughtful details like treats, poop bags, water/food bowls and a bed for our dog... treats for humans too! Depot town is a gem. We loved it there! It's perfectly positioned between Detroit and Ann Arbor, but it stands on it's own: It's so friendly and feels very safe. It's also peaceful with fabulous eateries and shops around the corner. We also loved the Victorian homes and the parks in the area. This place truly has it all.

Phenomenal host and excellent stay at this property! It was super clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the corner for coffee and dinners. Also enjoyed sipping coffee on the beautiful new deck out our back door. I would recommend this property over and over. Thanks Abril and team for an excellent experience!
