We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if the maximum occupancy is exceeded. No Parties: Parties or family gatherings are not permitted. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. A cleaning fee, plus a penalty of $250, will be charged. Quiet Hours: We are located in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Damages: Unreported damages will incur a fee for repair or replacement.

Private Unit: Your rental is a private apartment within a historic triplex. You will have your own private entrance and will not be sharing any interior spaces with other residents. Historic Building: Please embrace the character of a home that is over a century old. While the interior is fully modernized, the building has quirks typical of its age, which are mostly visible on the exterior. If you prefer a brand-new, polished aesthetic, our home may not be the perfect fit for you. Family Stays: Families are welcome! However, please be aware that the home is not child-proofed and does not have safety items like outlet covers or corner guards. Guests with small children may need to take extra precautions.
