Occupancy Limit: Any additional guests or pets beyond those listed in your itinerary will incur a penalty of $250 per person, per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if the maximum occupancy is exceeded. No Parties: Parties or family gatherings are not permitted. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. A cleaning fee, plus a penalty of $250, will be charged. Quiet Hours: We are located in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Damages: Unreported damages will incur a fee for repair or replacement.
