The backyard is a shared open space, available for all guests to enjoy at their leisure—please note there is currently no patio furniture. 🚫 <b>No Central A/C:</b> While the home does not have central air conditioning, we’ve made every effort to keep you comfortable. The bedroom and living room each have ceiling fans for airflow, and a portable A/C unit in the bedroom allows you to control the temperature to your liking via remote. 🏡 <b>Historic Character:</b> This home is recognized by the city as a historic property and is over 100 years old.
