We loved our stay! The place was super cute and cozy—perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to great restaurants if you want to get out and explore. We were in town for a Michigan game, and it was an easy short drive to Ann Arbor for all the fun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Arbil’s place was an excellent choice and just what we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located near several restaurants in Depot Town and was an easy drive to Ann Arbor for the Michigan football game. Communication with Abril was seamless and responsive, addressing any questions or information I needed promptly.

We only stayed at Abril’s house for 2 days but absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is only about 20 min away from DTW, and located in the quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and well equipped. Everything was exactly what it was described and the communication with Abril was prompt and accessible. Check-in and out process were very smooth. Highly recommend Abril’s place if looking for a cozy place near Ann Arbor.

Cozy little spot that easily can fit 4 guests. May have been a multi family home, but none of the other tenants were even noticeable. Would stay again when in the Ypsi area!

Our stay was perfect! You just need your clothes. The home is extremely clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. We slept great. There wasn’t any noise. The home is in a very safe area. The place has a cozy & relaxing feel. The walkable depot area is lovely. Aubree’s pizza and side of the track was great. I would skip Thompsons the food wasn’t good and it was pricy. Uber was convenient to take to a concert at Michigan Stadium which isn’t far.

We had an excellent experience all around at Abril's beautiful home. It was impeccably maintained, in walking distance to a vibrant downtown area with a fun restaurant/bar vibe. Communication with Abril was simple. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. We have already decided that we'll be returning on our next trip out to UM.

We loved the neighborhood feel and short walk to the restaurants and parks. The rental space was immaculate and super comfortable. There is an amazing food co-op that is a five minute walk and has everything you need and more, a must stop destination!

One of the best places I ever stayed at. The place was only better than the pictures and its description. The host is very meticulous about the cleanliness and very proactive about everything and anything a guest will need during the stay. Highly recommend this place and if I need an Airbnb again in this location, I am not looking for another place.

We have been staying in Airbnb's for several years and this is the first time I have written a review. The unit is a standout with a well equipped and labeled kitchen. The bedside tables with incorporated power outlets are a luxury I have never experienced.
It was helpful to have kitchen supplies: detergent, paper towels etc. that lasted for the duration of our 3-week stay. It is easy to tell Abril and has put time, thought and money into making an enjoyable stay. We are so happy to have found the perfect spot for our trips to MI.

Abril does it perfectly. It was very clean with fresh linens and towels, you'd think this was the first stay. The place was well appointed with everything we could need for kitchen, bathroom and laundry (not a single expired product that you usually find in kitchens). Cleaning supplies & tools were included and it's all so well organized.
There were also unexpected thoughtful details like treats, poop bags, water/food bowls and a bed for our dog... treats for humans too!
Depot town is a gem. We loved it there! It's perfectly positioned between Detroit and Ann Arbor, but it stands on it's own: It's so friendly and feels very safe. It's also peaceful with fabulous eateries and shops around the corner. We also loved the Victorian homes and the parks in the area. This place truly has it all.
